To save any complication with postage costs we use a flat postage costs for all items / orders.
Postage options:

| UK - 2nd Class | 2-5 Working days (usually within 3 working days) | £0.75 |
| UK - Next Working Day | Next Working day if ordered before 1PM Mon- Fri | £5.90 |
| Europe - Airmail | 3-10 Working days (usually within 5 working days) | £2.40 |
| Outside Europe - Airmail | 5-12 Working days (usually within 7 working days) | £3.40 |
PLEASE NOTE: We are currently not shipping to the following locations due to postal service issues:
Brazil - Italy - Saudi Arabia - Pakistan - Syria - Libya - India - Russia
All mail is fully insured for loss and damage, if your order has been lost in transit or damaged we will make a claim with the postal company, in some cases this can take a couple of weeks to complete and may require further information from you.
All orders are picked, checked, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of payment (excluding UK Bank Holidays and weekends)
