Your repair will be carried out within 24 hours of receiept and returned to you using a next day delievery service with a 1 hour delivery window.

How it works:
Stage 1: Purchase the repair service you wish for us to carry out
Stage 2: Send your device to the address provided to you along with your order details
Stage 3: We will carry out the work within 24 hours and notify you when work has been completed
Stage 4: We will return your device using a next working day service - you will be provided with a 1 hour delivery window
Circumstances we are unable to repair your device
We don’t currently offer a fault finding or diagnostic service, if your device has multiple issues or you are unsure of the problem we are not able to accept a repair.
We are not able to accept and device that has been reported as lost or stolen
We are not able to attempt repair on a liquid damaged device
You must have consent from the devices owner before we can accept and begin a repair
We are only currently able to offer this service within the UK
We are only able to provide a 1 hour delivery window to the UK mainland, for Scottish Highlands and offshore we provide a standard next working days service without a delivery window
No fix no fee
If we are unable to carry our your repair due to underlying faults your device will be returned and you will be fully refunded.
