Shipping Info & Costs
All of our products unless otherwise stated are available for shipping ship throughout the UK and Europe excluding Italy.
Your order will be picked, packaged and dispatched within 24 hours of payment (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
All orders made before 1PM Monday – Friday will be dispatched same day.
To save any complication with postage costs we use a flat postage costs for all items / orders.

Please Note: We are currently not shipping to Italy due to postal service issues:
UK Mainland Standard Delivery - We currently use Royal Mail but may upgrade your to Interlink Next Day depending on the orders value
UK Mainland Next Working Day - We currently use Interlink, if a mobile phone number is provided at checkout you will receive a text notification providing you with a 1 hour delivery window, if no contact number if provided this will be sent by email.
In some cases we may use Royal Mail Special Delivery if we believe this service will better suit your order.
UK offshore / Scottish Highlands Standard Delivery - We currently use Royal Mail for standard delivery, we may ship by DHL or Interlink if this best suites your order
UK offshore / Scottish Highlands Next Working Day - We currently use Royal Mail Special Delivery, this is guaranteed next day delivery but some destinations Royal Mail do allow for 1 extra day, more information can be found on Royal Mails website
Europe Airmail - We currently use Royal Mail for international shipping, this mail will be passed to your countries postal provider, we may use DHL or Interlink if this option better suites your order.
All mail is fully insured for loss and damage, if your order has been lost in transit or damaged we will make a claim with the postal company, in some cases this can take a couple of weeks to complete and may require further information from you.
