Replace Base is the market leader in consumer and B2B spare parts and accessories fulfilment, focusing on sustainability, diverse product ranges and the best quality spares and Quality Control processes in the industry. We have a strong, dedicated and focused customer service and trade team to manage and assist everything from project rollout, system integration, retail display installation, sourcing and supply logistics. Founded in 2009, we’ve quickly risen to the top in the industry by staying at the cutting edge of innovation and bringing new products, ideas, and standards to the market.

Staff | We have over 35 staff in the business from our dedicated customer service team and trade account managers to digital experts and talented technicians. Our customer services team are always at the ready monitoring emails, phones and live chat and are happy to assist in any aspect of your pre- or post-sales enquiries. Our technicians are experts in the field and are on the ground repairing devices every day and often lend their knowledge to help our customers when needed.

Sourcing & Logistics | As well as a skilled service team, we have a solid sourcing team in the UK and Hong Kong who can get just about anything to your specifications and an excellent warehouse team that moves thousands of parts daily. We have made it our mission to legitimise the spare parts industry. On average, we send between 4,000-6,000 components every day from our warehouse, using bespoke systems to minimise miss-picks or zero picks and ensure your orders are picked, packed, dispatched and delivered on time.

We are not just online | We have a network of ReplaceBase retail units, each with thousands of parts available for same day collection and delivery as well as offering B2B services such as level 3 board repairs, screen refurbishments, screen buyback and iPhone glass preparation and change.

Partners | We have worked with some great partners over the years, from tesa to FX5 and iTruColor. We carry only the best brands and support them in every way possible - from accessories to lasers, we’ve got you covered.

Sustainability | We recognise our and are making genuine efforts to prevent devices from ending up in landfill. We’re ensuring devices deemed as 'Beyond Economical Repair' are in circulation for as long as possible by stripping the usable, genuine parts and offering them in our growing range of "Reclaimed" parts.

Although we start early and finish late, our official working hours are below – we often operate over weekends, so don't be surprised if you hear from us.

Our Roots

Steve Garner started out sourcing quality parts for just about anything his family and friends managed to break and frequently bought faulty devices on eBay to sell on! Around the time his spare room was full of spare parts, he decided to start Replace Base. With a background in electronics break-fix engineering, he made the big decision to leave his stable job, giving him the time and flexibility to source quality parts for as many different devices as possible. Now, he enables a lot more people to fix, tinker, upgrade and modify their devices.

Over a decade later, we’ve been through a lot! We now have a dedicated team, multiple warehouses, over 13,000 lines for hundreds of devices and an infrastructure that allows Replace Base to fulfil trade orders with same-day delivery. Our sister company Repair Base have their feet firmly on the ground in all aspects of the mobile device repair industry.

Customers are at the heart of what we do, and we genuinely believe that we have the best parts, team, processes and service in the industry. We appreciate every customer and do our very best to leave a lasting impression, when recommendations are made to friends and family, we’re determined to be our customers’ first choice.

Steve is still very much involved with the business and works every day and still loves to tinker. He’s usually found buried in projects - you will often catch him working on emails, phones and live chat, too, as he enjoys helping customers. It’s essential for us to help customers first-hand to improve our understanding of the ever-changing needs and requirements of DIY fixers, independent repair shops and large corporations.

Our big focus right now is sustainability, with thousands of genuine reclaimed parts for many device brands on offer. We do everything we can to prevent your device from going to landfill and otherwise prevent suitable, genuine used components from being needlessly wasted.
