Yes, although we don’t sell parts directly from Apple, we offer a range of Genuine “Reclaimed” components, components removed from devices, fully tested and approved for use. All of our Genuine Apple components come with a comprehensive unlimited lifetime warranty (excluding batteries that are covered under an 80% life / 12-month warranty as standard).

Will I get “non-genuine parts” errors when fitting screens and batteries?

Unfortunately, yes, even fitting genuine Apple Replacement Parts, with the exception of specialist parts, will cause errors (specialist parts usually requires soldering, such as our iPhone “Cell Only” and “Chippable” iPhone screens). However, these errors are harmless and only display for short periods of time and won’t impact the functionality of the device.

What Should be included in the warranty?

Our warranty is industry-leading, the first company to offer a truly unlimited lifetime warranty on the majority of our parts, this covers every aspect of function, wear and tear and usability. In some cases (such as some of our FX5 and RepairPro series screens) we are able to offer a warranty on user damage (accidental breaks and user damage) however unless otherwise stated, user damage is not covered under our warranty.

How Lifetime Warranty works?

If the product states “lifetime warranty” on the item's information then you're covered! This warranty has no time limits to claim and is even transferable if you decide to sell the device or are repairing it on behalf of a customer.

To claim, either start a claim online using our returns portal or get in touch with the team. We should have your records on the system but to ensure your warranty is valid please retain your order information (such as your order confirmation email). In some cases, we may need the part returned to us or we may issue a replacement after some basic troubleshooting.

When does my warranty start?

Warranty starts on the day the order is placed however we can be lenient in these situations. If your warranty has recently expired, by just a few days, we will honour it on a case-by-case basis.

What do I do if I have a defective part?

On the rare occasion you receive a faulty part, it's best to get in contact with our customer service team who can help troubleshoot and issue a replacement or refund. If you’re confident the part is truly defective, you can also start a return process using the returns portal located at the top of the website.
