Just to make life fun HTC have 2 versions of this part, one with a single COAX antenna connection and one with 2.
It seems that in the UK its mainly the 1 COAX version used and EU its the 2 COAX version however we have seen a mix of both - before ordering this part we would ask you to open your device and ensure that its exactly the same as the image, pay attention to the connections left of the headphone jack when the cable is orientated with the connection flex on the left.

Parts Origin - OEM
The term OEM stands for 'Original Equipment Manufacturer', the exact meaning differs in several industries.
To us, OEM means that the part is the same part used within your device, using the same materials and specifications.
We use the term OEM to cover many parts from refurbished, used and new components, the exact condition will be stated in the items description.
In some cases when the part supplied is made up to several components (for example an LCD assembly) the part may have been assembled by a 3rd party vendor using OEM parts meaning that consumable may differ (such as adhesive used)
Although strict testing procedures are put in place to ensure the quality of the part these testing practices and procedures may differ from the checks manufacturers use.
Any hardware supplied as OEM will not have any quality loss or loss of features and covered under our extensive returns policy.
As in many cases we dont obtain directly from the devices manufacturer, nor in some cases are we affiliated with device manufacturer in any way and they are not involved in the testing or sales process of the component we sell.
This component board carries the headphone, usb, and voice microphone, which are probably the three parts most susceptible to damage aside from the screen. Replacing it is risky and can lead to more breakage very easily. However, if you feel brave or foolish then the part itself works perfectly! Microphone and charging issues were fully solved by simply screwing in the new board and attaching the ribbon, though it did need stripping back below the battery to do it (soft and glued, natch). This board showed no signs of any damage and refurbishment, good as new! I wouldn't recommend trying to repair this phone, but if like me you decide to anyway, this part and the others listed are the real deal. Just remember you need a T5 and 1.2mm phillips, a pick and a spudger, and don't try to cut corners or you'll end up cutting ribbons.
