Delivery

Getting your order to you correctly and on time is a top priority for us.

All orders made before 16:00 UK TIME Monday - Friday (16:30 for Trade Black Account holders) will be dispatched same day, if you have an urgent order placed after cut off please get in touch with our team.

Free shipping and when it applies:

Retail Customers
Orders over £100 including VAT

Trade & Trade Black
Orders over £100 including VAT (with subsidised upgrade options)

If your order falls below the threshold as stated above, all shipping costs will be calculated for you at checkout. The price depends on the chosen delivery method, delivery location, order value and if your order contains any hazardous items (such as batteries, more info below).

Our shipping tables provide you with a full list of options, rates and services, the quoted prices are inclusive of fuel surcharges and VAT where applicable:

UK Next Working Day Delivery

For Next Working Day Delivery we use DHL, DPD, Royal Mail and DX, all services are only for next working day delivery, meaning that delivery shouldn't be expected on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday.

If you require a guaranteed Saturday service, please ensure this is selected at the checkout.

UK Next Day Delivery

For Next Day Delivery we use FDL (Fast dispatch Logistics), FDL aim to deliver Monday-Sunday between 8AM and 8PM (for UK Mainland) however this isn't not a guaranteed service.

Cut-off times for Royal Mail and DPD

If you want to ship your order with Royal Mail or DPD, the cut-off time is 3PM. This cut-off time is set by the courier.

Change of Shipping Method

Sometimes, at our discretion, we may upgrade your delivery if we believe it is a more suitable service for you.

Shipping Orders Containing Batteries

If your order contains a hazardous item (such as a battery), you will only be presented with the shipping methods that are able to carry such goods.
